Didn't his dad used to coach the L.A. Rams, then the Redskins? Does anyone remember the old LA Rams? I could never figure out where the name came from. Now they're in St. Louis. Some things don't make sense. George Allen is not very well known among the GOP base; so he'll have to run strong to the right to win the primaries. Fortunately, that's where the voters are. Could be interesting if Mark Warner wins on the Dem side. That would pit two former VA Governors against each other. The last time Virginia split over politics, bad things happened to the Union . . . 2  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

It aqlways rings the warning bells when I see a candidate whose onmly record is as a public "servant"! Those people have no Idea about real live! 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Of all the Senators being mentioned for the 2008 Presidential election, Senator Allen is the only one that voted against the immigration bill. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
