Young Republicans is an organization for Republicans under the age of 40. It has both a national group, as well as smaller chapters in certain states and metropolitan areas. This is a group for political socialization, as well as networking with peers of a similar background. Note: the term "young Republican" is now used to refer to any conservative under 40, whether they belong to the official group or not.
