I saw today a good proposal by some western states Congressmen. They said that BEFORE things like a guest worker program or a pathway to citizenship be considered, we should SOLVE the problem at the border first. Once illegal immigration is STOPPED to this country, then we might think about solving the other aspects of the problem. This makes a lot of sense.
